Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stylesforless.com! The policy described below applies ONLY to online purchases made through www.stylesforless.com.

1. FINAL SALE: All Gift Cards, VIP Cards, cosmetics, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and items marked as Sale are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.
2. All other items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, and be accompanied by the original return form and receipt.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.stylesforless.com fails to meet your expectations:

1. You may return an item to one of our physical locations for exchange or store credit only. Store credits are not accepted online and must be used at a physical location.
2. It may also be returned by mail to the address below for a refund.

Refund of Online Purchase:

1. All packages include a “Return Form,” an order invoice, and your merchandise. Fill out the “Return Form” completely and accurately, by listing return reason code and return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Return box.
2. Pack and seal the merchandise with the “Return Form.” Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4. Allow 2-3 weeks from return date for processing and 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your account statement.

Returns to stores:

1. Since our stores are not capable of processing online returns, you will need to bring the original invoice with your merchandise at the time of the exchange.
2. Returns are for store credit only.

 

Returns for Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped:

1. If a defective item or wrong item was shipped, follow the steps in “Refund of Online Purchase” above.
2. If the correct item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be given for that item and that item only. Shipping costs will also be refunded if you provide a copy of the shipping receipt in the return package.
3. If the correct item is in stock, it will be sent immediately to you at the same address the previous item was delivered to at no additional cost.

 

NEW! Exchanges:

1. We are happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or item. Please call 1-800-929-3466 and place an order for the item you need to exchange the original for. We will refund your account when the original item has been received. Please indicate the items you are exchanging by placing a check mark in the Exchange box.
2. Styles For Less will ship your exchanged item to you via UPS Standard Ground Shipping at no additional charge.

 

Styles For Less IN-STORE Exchange Only Policy

In view of our everyday low prices, Styles For Less offers the following Exchange Only policies for merchandise (bathing suits & undergarments are final sale items) being returned in new condition

• Merchandise returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, a store exchange or Store Credit will be offered for the value shown on the receipt.

• Merchandise being returned without a receipt, and / or after 30 days with receipt, a store exchange or Store Credit will be offered for current store value.

Store Credits never expire & are valid at all locations, Gift Cards never expire & are valid at all locations. Lost, misplaced or stolen Store Credits or Gift Cards are not replaceable

VIP Card Discount Policy

• VIP Card holders receive a 10% off regular priced items discount & a 1 time 20% Birthday Discount off regular priced items 
• All VIP discounts begin the day after the VIP Card purchase date
• The VIP Card must be presented to the cashier at time of purchase to receive VIP discount 
• VIP Cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen
• Purchases made with a VIP discount cannot be combined with any other in store offer, promotion or discount.
