Styles For Less Return Policy
The policy described below applies ONLY to online purchases made through stylesforless.com
Online purchases made through stylesforless.com may be returned within 30 days from listed ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, and are only available for online purchases made by mail. Returns are usually processed within 7 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed and credited. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that all qualified return items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
• All original labels and tags must be attached.
• Please include your original order invoice with your return item(s).
• Footwear must be returned in their original shoebox, and placed inside an additional shipping box. Footwear returned without their original box, or returned using the original box as the shipping box will be rejected and returned at the buyer’s expense.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All gift cards, VIP Cards, cosmetics/fragrances, lingerie, jewelry, accessories (i.e. hats, sunglasses, belts, and gifts/tech) swimwear and items marked as sale are considered FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Please email email@example.com immediately with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. Qualifying cases will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label to send back your damaged item(s).
Late returns received after the 30-day return period, or any ineligible merchandise cannot be accepted for a refund. Your package will be returned to you at your expense, or a 25% re-stocking fee may apply. If we do not hear back from you, or you do not wish to have your items re-shipped; your return may be denied without return or refund and discarded at no additional cost to you.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A 25% restocking fee applies to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an “undeliverable address”.
We do not currently offer exchanges as many of our items sell out very quickly. Should you need a different size or color, simply place a new order for the alternate item.
Steps to complete your return:
1. All packages include a “Return Form,” an order invoice, and your merchandise. Fill out the “Return Form” completely and accurately, by listing return reason code and return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Return box.
2. Securely pack and seal the merchandise with the “Return Form.” Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Online Returns to stores:
Merchandise returned to a Styles For Less store location will be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please bring your original invoice included within your package as your proof of purchase at time of in-store exchange.
IN-STORE ONLY RETURN POLICY:Purchases made with a VIP Discount cannot be combined with any other in store offer, promotion or discount.
